Packing the Right Travel Apparel
When it comes to traveling, people often book plane tickets and hotel rooms in advance. However, they wait until the last minute to pack. Since there is so little time to pack, people just throw the first pieces of clothing they can get their hands on into a suitcase. When it comes to your vacation, it’s important to pack at least a week in advance to make sure these essential clothing items make it into your suitcase.
Lock Down a Nightlife Look
Vacation is the perfect time to let loose and spend a night out on the town. You want to make sure to have an outfit that can get you into any club or bar. Pack a little black dress or a nice polo shirt. Both can pass as an everyday look as well as party clothes. Adding motorcycle jackets will give you that edgy nightlife look. Also, be sure to bring a small heel or dress shoe. Most nightclubs will not let you in wearing a pair of flip flops.
Prepare for Extreme Weather
Even if you’re going somewhere with a specific climate, the weather can be different than what you’d expect. No matter where you go, the weather is unpredictable and can fluctuate. Even if you’re going to Florida or the Bahamas, pack a pair of long pants and a jacket. The weather might dip for a day, it might rain or you might go somewhere inside that is blasting the AC. If you’re going somewhere cold, bring a pair of shorts to be safe.
Be Ready for Any Activity
While you may have a set itinerary, you never know when the opportunity to do an adventurous, spontaneous activity will present itself. Bring athletic clothes in case you end up hiking, horseback riding or rock climbing.
If you pack ahead of time and bring these essentials, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy your vacation fully.
